This massage is focused on easing muscle tightness, increasing blood flow, allowing the body to repair damaged tissue and prevent future injury. I use techniques designed to ease your aches and improve your health.
Trigger Point Massage

Trigger Point Massage is an effective treatment for pain. The main reason behind its success is related to chronic pain patterns. The establishment of chronic pain patterns occurs within a few months of an injury. Trigger Point Massage is useful in breaking this pain cycle.

Trigger Point Massage is useful in the relief of back, neck, shoulder, knee, muscle and joint pain, sciatica and headaches.
Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage offers physical and psychological benefits. Unlike other massage techniques that focus on relaxation, deep tissue massage helps to treat muscle pain and improve stiffness. But it can still help to you unwind mentally, too.

Deep tissue massage is best suited for people who engage in highly physical activities, such as running, or those who have an injury or chronic pain.

What does my massage therapy involve?

I work on certain areas of your body to help eliminate knots. Performing this procedure enhances a feeling of relief physically, mentally and emotionally. During your massage, I will rub, stretch, and apply pressure to muscles in your body. Some of my massage treatments involve over-the-clothes touching. Others involve direct contact with your skin with doTERRA essential oils, which may help with reduction of stress, pain, and with the speed of your muscles responding and your recovery.
