What usually happens is that a lot of women bounce from one diet or training program to the next thinking “this is for me”, that it’s going to work for them and solve their problems.

And either the training is ineffective, or the diet isn’t sustainable long term so you are not getting results and lose motivation and give up, sometimes putting the weight back on.

The secret is that there is no secret… The solution is a personal trainer! A highly qualified professional who gets to know you and your body, someone who is experienced in achieving goals, one who knows how to work with people of all backgrounds and abilities, but knows how to challenge you and better yet support and guide you. A trainer who believes in you, someone you can ask questions, get answers and keep moving forward knowing you’re on the right track.

What is the session like?


There is no such thing as one size fits all. That's why before I start working with you, I need to have a thorough understanding of what makes you, you!

Full Body Analysis includes a muscle assessment to test your mobility, movement, strength and muscular power; to identify weak and injured areas; to scan your body (weight, height, BMI, body fat, visceral fat); to discuss your goals, roadblocks, past experience with exercise and any previous injuries or medical conditions; and to give you guidance on nutrition.

One-On-One Personal Training focusing on your personal goals; specialising in overall fitness, strength and functional training, using correct techniques to get results and avoid injuries.

All fitness levels welcome. Training sessions are adapted to whether you are beginner, intermediate or advanced.

Personalised and progressive training program to suit your body type, fitness level and goals in mind – whether that’s losing weight or toning up!
Injury preventing

AFGC sessions are a great way to get fit and stay motivated. All fitness levels welcome.

AFGC training involve a mixture of functional and pilates training, using correct techniques to get results and avoid injuries. The intensity is altered to your individual goals and fitness level so you can get the most out of your training sessions.

I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging. My goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your fitness goals. I can help you set weekly goals that are realistic, then check in on a regular basis to see how you’re doing. Knowing we have a personal training session will help you maintain motivation to exercise during the week.


No Gym Membership

Women get put off by the whole gym scene for different reasons. A lot of gyms don’t offer much guidance to new members. This can increase the risk of injury and leave you feeling lost. Lastly, it’s a big financial commitment. The average membership fee for a year gym comes in at $1148 – that’s a lot of money if you’re not using it regularly.


100% Private Sessions

Getting a personal trainer at a gym is hardly “personal” when you still have to put up with the crowds and judgement of a gym. I work out of my 100% private studio, which is air conditioned and centrally located in Mermaid Waters. My fully private sessions mean no more interruptions and no more waiting for gym equipment.
